HES4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HES4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HES4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-147P, MIR1224, and GNAI2P2. Each is linked with HES4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HES4-to-partner and partner-to-HES4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HES4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HES4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
