HERPUD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERPUD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,010 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERPUD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCLS1, PECAM1, and ANKRD44. Each is linked with HERPUD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERPUD1-to-partner and partner-to-HERPUD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HERPUD1 versus HCLS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERPUD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERPUD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
