HERPUD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERPUD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,487 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERPUD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIM2, IGLV6-57, and IGHG1. Each is linked with HERPUD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERPUD1-to-partner and partner-to-HERPUD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HERPUD1 versus PIM2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERPUD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERPUD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
