Across TCGA cell cohorts, HERPUD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,000 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERPUD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, Cellular response to unfolded protein, and Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with HERPUD1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERPUD1-to-partner and partner-to-HERPUD1 results are reported.
