HERC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,043 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, CYP2C58P, and SNORD116-18. Each is linked with HERC6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC6-to-partner and partner-to-HERC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by HERC6-low versus HERC6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
