HERC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,715 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCAT, SAMM50, and SGSM3. Each is linked with HERC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC5-to-partner and partner-to-HERC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCAT grouped by HERC5-low versus HERC5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
