HERC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HERC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 144 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX4I2, NLRP8, and SPINK8. Each is linked with HERC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC5-to-partner and partner-to-HERC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX4I2 grouped by HERC5-low versus HERC5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
