HERC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC20, LRR1, and CDT1. Each is linked with HERC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC4-to-partner and partner-to-HERC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC20 grouped by HERC4-low versus HERC4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
