HERC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HERC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, IFNG, and PTH2. Each is linked with HERC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC3-to-partner and partner-to-HERC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by HERC3-low versus HERC3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
