HERC2P4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC2P4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC2P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9, Notch1, and PCNA. Each is linked with HERC2P4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC2P4-to-partner and partner-to-HERC2P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9 grouped by HERC2P4-low versus HERC2P4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC2P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC2P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
