Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,417 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HERC2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Protein ufmylation. Each is linked with HERC2P1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC2P1-to-partner and partner-to-HERC2P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by HERC2P1-low versus HERC2P1-high in KIRP.
