HERC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HERC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,967 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HERC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAG5, NUF2, and GPIHBP1. Each is linked with HERC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC2-to-partner and partner-to-HERC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPAG5 grouped by HERC2-low versus HERC2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HERC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HERC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
