Across TCGA cell cohorts, HERC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,981 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HERC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translation at postsynapse, modulating synaptic transmission, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with HERC2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HERC2-to-partner and partner-to-HERC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of translation at postsynapse, modulating synaptic transmission grouped by HERC2-low versus HERC2-high in BONE.
