HEPHL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPHL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,069 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEPHL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT17, KRT17_S13, and ZZZ3_S391. Each is linked with HEPHL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPHL1-to-partner and partner-to-HEPHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEPHL1 versus KRT17 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
