Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,452 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEPHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, GPI, and RFC5. Each is linked with HEPHL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPHL1-to-partner and partner-to-HEPHL1 results are reported.
