Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEPHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, TFRC, and FASN. Each is linked with HEPHL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPHL1-to-partner and partner-to-HEPHL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by HEPHL1-low versus HEPHL1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
