Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEPHL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,294 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEPHL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Negative regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of response to biotic stimulus. Each is linked with HEPHL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPHL1-to-partner and partner-to-HEPHL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress grouped by HEPHL1-low versus HEPHL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
