Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEPHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEPHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KAAG1, MPEG1, and CST9. Each is linked with HEPHL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPHL1-to-partner and partner-to-HEPHL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KAAG1 grouped by HEPHL1-low versus HEPHL1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
