Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPACAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,763 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEPACAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROBO3, PI16, and CD300LG. Each is linked with HEPACAM in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPACAM-to-partner and partner-to-HEPACAM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEPACAM versus ROBO3 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPACAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPACAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
