HEPACAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPACAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,343 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEPACAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHLDB1_S461, PLIN4, and ITSN1. Each is linked with HEPACAM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPACAM-to-partner and partner-to-HEPACAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEPACAM versus PHLDB1_S461 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPACAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPACAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
