HEPACAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEPACAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEPACAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-663P, ANAPC15, and DNAJC8. Each is linked with HEPACAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPACAM-to-partner and partner-to-HEPACAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-663P grouped by HEPACAM-low versus HEPACAM-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPACAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPACAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
