HEPACAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEPACAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEPACAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM6, GPHB5, and CDSN. Each is linked with HEPACAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEPACAM-to-partner and partner-to-HEPACAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACSM6 grouped by HEPACAM-low versus HEPACAM-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEPACAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEPACAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
