HELZ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HELZ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,463 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACYP1, OTX1, and NLRP6. Each is linked with HELZ2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELZ2-to-partner and partner-to-HELZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACYP1 grouped by HELZ2-low versus HELZ2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
