HELZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HELZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,809 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, RNU6-993P, and MIR4641. Each is linked with HELZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELZ-to-partner and partner-to-HELZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
