HELZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HELZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGB8, CCT8L2, and CRYBA1. Each is linked with HELZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELZ-to-partner and partner-to-HELZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
