HELQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HELQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM71B, LCE1D, and KRT28. Each is linked with HELQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELQ-to-partner and partner-to-HELQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM71B grouped by HELQ-low versus HELQ-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
