HELB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HELB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,673 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF232-AS1, RACGAP1, and MELK. Each is linked with HELB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELB-to-partner and partner-to-HELB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF232-AS1 grouped by HELB-low versus HELB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
