HELB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HELB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 710 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HELB-associated genes across cancer lineages are KSR2, C10orf53, and CYP7A1. Each is linked with HELB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HELB-to-partner and partner-to-HELB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KSR2 grouped by HELB-low versus HELB-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HELB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HELB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
