Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,666 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR625, MIR520C, and RBMX2. Each is linked with HEG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEG1-to-partner and partner-to-HEG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR625 grouped by HEG1-low versus HEG1-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
