HECW2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECW2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECW2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBARP, YWHAQP1, and TMEM120B. Each is linked with HECW2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECW2-to-partner and partner-to-HECW2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBARP grouped by HECW2-low versus HECW2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECW2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECW2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
