HECTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,406 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS35, DOCK1, and FERMT2. Each is linked with HECTD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD2-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HECTD2 versus MRPS35 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
