HECTD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECTD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,900 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6799, SCARNA14, and MIR5680. Each is linked with HECTD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD2-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6799 grouped by HECTD2-low versus HECTD2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
