HECTD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECTD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, FASN, and ASNS. Each is linked with HECTD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD2-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by HECTD2-low versus HECTD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
