HECTD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HECTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,689 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HECTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, BCAM, and YWHAE. Each is linked with HECTD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HECTD1-to-partner and partner-to-HECTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by HECTD1-low versus HECTD1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HECTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HECTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
