HEATR9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,323 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEATR9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD44, TNFAIP8L2, and WAS. Each is linked with HEATR9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR9-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HEATR9 versus ANKRD44 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
