Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEATR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Smad3, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with HEATR9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR9-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by HEATR9-low versus HEATR9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
