HEATR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEATR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, Notch1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with HEATR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR3-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by HEATR3-low versus HEATR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
