HEATR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEATR3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,533 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEATR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIP2A, FGGY, and FBXO7. Each is linked with HEATR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR3-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DIP2A grouped by HEATR3-low versus HEATR3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
