HEATR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEATR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, C-Raf, and c-Kit. Each is linked with HEATR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR1-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by HEATR1-low versus HEATR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
