HEATR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEATR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 358 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HEATR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXorf51A, KRTAP17-1, and CCL8. Each is linked with HEATR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR1-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXorf51A grouped by HEATR1-low versus HEATR1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
