HDLBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDLBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDLBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17P50, BMP3, and CXCL13. Each is linked with HDLBP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDLBP-to-partner and partner-to-HDLBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL17P50 grouped by HDLBP-low versus HDLBP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDLBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDLBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
