HDLBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDLBP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDLBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, c-Kit, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with HDLBP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDLBP-to-partner and partner-to-HDLBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by HDLBP-low versus HDLBP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDLBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDLBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
