Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDHD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,697 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HDHD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B4, CD33, and CLEC2B. Each is linked with HDHD5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDHD5-to-partner and partner-to-HDHD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HDHD5 versus ATP8B4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDHD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDHD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
