Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDHD5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HDHD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-a_pS657, PKC-a, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with HDHD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDHD5-to-partner and partner-to-HDHD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-a_pS657 grouped by HDHD5-low versus HDHD5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDHD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDHD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
