Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDHD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,493 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDHD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Positive regulation of macrophage proliferation. Each is linked with HDHD5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDHD5-to-partner and partner-to-HDHD5 results are reported.
