Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDHD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDHD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRA1A, GHRHR, and MOGAT1. Each is linked with HDHD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDHD5-to-partner and partner-to-HDHD5 results are reported.
