Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDHD5 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,297 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HDHD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPOR1, RYR3, and AKNA. Each is linked with HDHD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDHD5-to-partner and partner-to-HDHD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIPOR1 grouped by HDHD5-low versus HDHD5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDHD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDHD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
