The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher HDHD5-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HDHD5-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC are the cancer types where HDHD5-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
