HDHD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDHD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 352 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, RNA5SP181, and LINC01050. Each is linked with HDHD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDHD2-to-partner and partner-to-HDHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by HDHD2-low versus HDHD2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
