Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDHD2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are pDC and Astrocytes. Each is linked with HDHD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDHD2-to-partner and partner-to-HDHD2 results are reported.
